TenderPulse is an AI bid-preparation copilot for Bangladesh's e-GP government tender system, founded in 2026 and operating from Dhaka. The platform is built by a small core team of Bangladesh-based procurement specialists, AI/ML engineers, and software developers, supported by external procurement advisors who review domain-specific content. The team works directly with PPR 2008 primary sources from BPPA and CPTU, World Bank procurement documentation, and Asian Development Bank procurement guidelines. All PPR 2008 content is reviewed against current BPPA circulars and CPTU guidance before publication. Security architecture is aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls; formal attestation roadmap is in progress.

• Procurement compliance specialists — PPR 2008, PPA 2006, World Bank and ADB procurement frameworks. They author rule-summaries, validate verdicts, and gate every PPR-touching post.
• AI/ML engineers — Anthropic Claude on a managed inference layer, Cohere Embed Multilingual v3 for retrieval, prompt + grounding architectures that prevent hallucinated citations.
• Full-stack engineers — Next.js App Router, BetterAuth, Prisma + Postgres on a managed cloud platform with KMS-managed keys and per-tenant row-level scoping.
• External procurement advisors — A panel of independent specialists who review domain-specific content. Names are kept off the public site by design; their review is signalled on each post via the byline’s “Reviewed by TenderPulse SME panel” line when present.

We don't publish individual names, photos, or LinkedIn profiles on the site. Brand-as-author isn't anonymity — it's a decision to anchor authority in verifiable work product (the PPR rule summaries, the BPPA citations, the BOQ analyses) rather than a single named figure. The byline on every post tells you which team specialty signed off; the methodology page (linked below) tells you how that sign-off works.

TenderPulse is privately held and operationally independent. Revenue comes from customer subscriptions and pay-as-you-go AI credit packs, paid in BDT through Bangladesh's EPS gateway. We do not accept payment from procuring entities, contractors, or vendors in exchange for editorial coverage, ranking, or feature placement — that's an explicit policy in our editorial standards.
