Every PPR 2008 reference, every BDT figure, and every regulatory claim on this site is grounded in primary sources from BPPA (bppa.portal.gov.bd), CPTU (cptu.gov.bd), the Bangladesh National Procurement Portal (eprocure.gov.bd), or published World Bank / ADB procurement documentation. We do not infer regulatory interpretation; we cite.

When a BPPA circular changes a rule we've already published about, we re-pull the source, re-draft the affected sections, re-review with a procurement compliance specialist, and append a dated correction notice. The page's lastUpdated reflects the date of the most recent material change.

If you identify an inaccuracy in any TenderPulse content, email corrections@tenderpulse.com.bd. We verify against the primary source within 48 hours. When the correction is verified, we update the page, append a dated correction notice describing what changed and why, and update the page’s lastUpdated.

We never silently delete inaccurate content. Append-only correction history protects your ability to audit what we've said over time.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of BPPA, CPTU, the Bangladesh government, the World Bank, or the Asian Development Bank. We cite their public documentation as primary sources because that is what defensible procurement work requires.
