PPR 2008 Rule 96Experience Requirements (Works)
Rule 96 prescribes the experience requirements for key personnel proposed by the bidder. For most works contracts the procuring entity requires nominated CVs for the Project Manager, Site Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and (for specialised works) named technical specialists. Each CV must show educational qualifications, professional registration where applicable (e.g. IEB membership), years of experience in similar roles, and projects of comparable scale. The procuring entity may verify experience claims and disqualify bids on misrepresentation. Personnel may not be substituted after award without prior written consent of the procuring entity. The bidder is responsible for the availability of nominated personnel for the duration of the contract.
