Common questions
Do plans auto-renew?⌄
No. We email a renewal reminder 3 days before expiry. You renew with a single click via EPS.
What happens if I exceed a quota?⌄
The next tender upload or AI query is blocked with a one-click upgrade nudge. Existing data, profile, and vault stay untouched.
Can I have multiple accounts for one company?⌄
No. One real company → one TenderPulse account. We block duplicate sign-ups by TIN, BIN, trade license, or company name to prevent trial-recycling.
Is VAT included?⌄
No, listed prices exclude 15% Bangladesh VAT. VAT is added on the invoice. Profile (BDT 999) is BDT 1,149 inclusive of VAT.
Refund policy?⌄
7-day money-back on the first paid period, less EPS gateway fees and VAT. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Is my tender data secure?⌄
Yes. All data lives in our encrypted Singapore region. Per-account isolation, TLS in transit, KMS-managed encryption at rest, no data ever shared with other customers, no AI training on your tenders.
