Do I need to register on e-GP first?

Accepted Answer

Yes — to actually submit a bid you must register on eprocure.gov.bd. But before registering, you can analyze a tender ZIP on TenderPulse to check whether your company is eligible. Once eligibility is clear, then invest the time + cost in e-GP registration. You'll need Trade License, TIN, BIN, and a company bank account to register.

What is RJSC? Can a sole proprietorship bid?

RJSC = Registrar of Joint Stock Companies — the authority that registers companies (Pvt Ltd, Public Ltd, Partnership). Not every e-GP tender requires RJSC registration — many accept a sole proprietorship with just Trade License + TIN. Larger tenders (e.g. BDT 5 crore+) typically require a Ltd company. TenderPulse checks the specific requirement per tender.

Can I bid without a Trade License?

No — almost every e-GP tender requires a valid Trade License. It's issued by your City Corporation / Pourashava / Union Parishad; renewed annually. Bidding with an expired Trade License means rejection on opening day. TenderPulse tracks your Trade License expiry and sends renewal reminders.

How do I get my Bid Security / BG refunded?

If you don't win: after evaluation closes and contract is awarded, the procuring entity issues the refund — typically 2–4 weeks. Do you support tenders outside Dhaka?

Yes — any procuring entity across Bangladesh. LGED, RHD, DPHE, BWDB, City Corporations, Pourashavas, Union Parishads, government universities, and all SOEs. You can filter district-by-district and follow specific procuring entities. PPR 2008 + 2025 are national rulesets — they apply uniformly across entities.

All customer data resides in our private encrypted region. Documents are in encrypted object storage. The AI model isn't trained on your input. Only your team sees your tenders — quota and access are scoped per company.

What if the AI cites the wrong PPR rule?

Every rule citation links to the underlying PPR 2008 / 2025 text in the app. The compliance engine combines deterministic structured assertions (e.g. bid security 1–3% range) with model-generated risk reads — surfacing both. Hard rules vs. soft assessments are clearly distinguished.

Can I submit a bid through TenderPulse?

No — actual bid submission is still on eprocure.gov.bd. TenderPulse is your prep tool: profile, fit, BOQ, compliance, copilot. You upload the bid on e-GP yourself.

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Plans are 30-day prepaid passes — no auto-renewal. If you don't renew, you're not charged again. Refund available within 7 days of the first paid period (minus gateway fee + VAT).

How are scanned PDFs handled?

Accepted Answer

Pages over 5 go through a managed OCR service async (up to 60 seconds per document). Native PDF text is extracted directly. DOCX (mammoth), images (Textract), plain text — all supported inside the ZIP.

Question 13

Can I open multiple accounts for the same company?

Accepted Answer

No. One TenderPulse account per real company. Duplicate signups are blocked when TIN, BIN, trade license number, or company name match — to prevent trial-recycling. If you can't access your real account, email help@tenderpulse.com.bd.
