1 · Getting started

TenderPulse is a 7-day free trial — no card required. Three steps:

1. Visit /signup, enter your work email.
2. Open the OTP we email and copy the six digits back into the dialog.
3. Set a password (8+ chars). You land on your dashboard.

One company per account. We block second sign-ups for a TIN / BIN / trade-license / company name we already see — see Terms §2.

TenderPulse-এ ৭ দিনের free trial — card লাগবে না। তিনটি ধাপে:

1. /signup-এ গিয়ে আপনার কোম্পানির ইমেইল দিন।
2. ইমেইলে আসা ৬-ডিজিট OTP dialog-এ paste করুন।
3. একটি password (৮ অক্ষরের বেশি) দিয়ে dashboard-এ ঢুকুন।

প্রতি কোম্পানির একটিই অ্যাকাউন্ট। TIN/BIN/trade license/নাম মিলে গেলে duplicate signup আটকে দেওয়া হয়।

2 · Company profile (one-time)

Spend 8–10 minutes on /onboarding once and never type your TIN again. The flow has six sub-steps:

1. Identity — legal/trade name, company type, year established, description.
2. Statutory — TIN, BIN, trade license, RJSC, e-GP user id.
3. Capital — authorised + paid-up capital, employee count.
4. Address — registered office, district, division.
5. Contact — primary contact + hotline.
6. Categorisation — pick business categories; relevant CPTU specialisations surface based on your pick.

Each sub-step saves only when you hit Save & Continue on the last one — back-jumps preserve everything you typed.

/onboarding-এ ৮-১০ মিনিট সময় দিন; এরপর আর TIN টাইপ করতে হবে না। ছয়টি sub-step আছে — Identity, Statutory, Capital, Address, Contact, Categorisation।

3 · Uploading a tender ZIP

Get the e-GP tender ZIP, then upload it at /tenders/upload. The pipeline:

1. Unzip + classify — every file is tagged TOR / ITB / BOQ / GCC / SCC / TECH-SPEC / DRAWING / ANNEX / ADDENDUM.
2. OCR — scanned PDFs go through AWS Textract. Native PDFs use direct text extraction (faster, free).
3. Analysis — eligibility, BOQ rows, deadlines, fit score (0–100), blocking vs remediable gaps.
4. PPR check — eight rules verdict each.

Typical time: 3–6 minutes for a 50–80 MB ZIP. The tender row in the dashboard updates from UPLOADED → PROCESSING → READY.

e-GP থেকে download করা ZIP /tenders/upload-এ তুলে দিন। ৩-৬ মিনিটে — unzip → classify → OCR → eligibility/BOQ/deadlines extract → fit score → PPR rule check।

4 · The bilingual copilot

Open any READY tender, scroll to the chat panel. Ask in English or Bangla:

• “এই tender-এ PG কত % দিতে হবে?”
• “What deadline cliffs are in the next 7 days?”
• “Which BOQ items have rate-of-quote variation > 15%?”

Answers are grounded in the tender text plus the eight encoded PPR rules. Every cited rule comes with its rule number — verify against PPR 2008 engine.

যেকোনো READY tender খুলে chat panel-এ বাংলা বা English-এ প্রশ্ন করুন। উত্তরে cited PPR rule সহ বিশ্লেষণ পাবেন।

5 · Document vault

The vault holds your statutory documents — trade license, TIN certificate, audited financials, PCC, BG line letters, membership certificates. Three reasons it’s critical:

1. Auto-fill — drop a trade license PDF in and we extract the trade-license number, authority, expiry date, and auto-fill onboarding.
2. Compliance pre-flight— when a tender requires “valid trade license + audited financials of last 3 FY”, we check the vault and surface a BLOCKING verdict if anything is missing or expired — before you start the bid.
3. Searchable— every PDF is OCRed once, so copilot answers like “quote my BIN” pull straight from the document text.

Open the vault inside step 3 of onboarding. Folders are organised by document category (TRADE_LICENSE, TIN, BIN, VAT, AUDITED_FINANCIAL, BANK_SOLVENCY, etc.). Expiry dates are tracked — we email you 30 days before anything expires.

Trade license, TIN, audited financials, PCC, BG line letter — সব এক জায়গায়। PDF drop করলে auto-extract; tender-এ “valid trade license + last 3 FY audited financials” চাইলে আমরা আগেই BLOCKING সাবধান করি। OCR করা সবকিছু searchable; copilot উত্তর দিতে সরাসরি vault থেকে quote করতে পারে।

6 · Plans & billing

All paid plans run on a 30-day prepaid period. No auto-renew — we email a reminder 3 days before expiry. See pricing comparison for the matrix.

Quotas reset each period. Tenders, AI queries, vault GB, and seats. Exceed any quota and the dashboard blocks the next action with an upgrade nudge.

Payments are via EPS (Bangladesh Bank licensed). VAT 15% is added automatically. We never store card / wallet credentials.

Refunds: 7-day money-back on the first paid period, less gateway fees and VAT. See /refund-policy.

প্রতিটি paid plan ৩০ দিনের prepaid। Auto-renew নেই — শেষ হওয়ার ৩ দিন আগে reminder আসে। Quotas (tenders, AI queries, vault GB) প্রতি period-এ reset। EPS-এর মাধ্যমে BDT-তে payment, ১৫% VAT যোগ হয়। প্রথম paid period-এর ৭ দিনের মধ্যে full refund।

7 · Common issues

• Tender stuck on PROCESSING > 15 min: ZIP over 200 MB or hand-scanned drawings. Try splitting drawings out and re-uploading, or ask support to re-run.
• OTP not arriving:check spam, make sure your email isn’t a disposable domain. We send via Resend with SES fallback.
• EPS payment loops back to fail: usually a 3-D Secure timeout. Refresh and retry; failed invoices auto-mark FAILED so you can start fresh.
• “An account for this company already exists”: we matched on TIN/BIN/trade-license/name. Sign in with the original email or contact support.

Anything else: any error message ending in TP-XXXX-XXXX is a traceable id — paste it in your support email and we can look up the exact stack trace in CloudWatch.

• Tender ১৫ মিনিটের বেশি PROCESSING-এ আটকে? ZIP 200 MB-র বেশি বা hand-scan drawing থাকলে এমন হয়।
• OTP আসছে না? spam folder check করুন।
• EPS payment fail? page refresh করে আবার চেষ্টা করুন; FAILED invoice auto-archived হয়ে যায়।
• “এই কোম্পানির অ্যাকাউন্ট আগে থেকেই আছে”: আসল ইমেইল দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করুন বা support-এ যোগাযোগ করুন।

8 · Getting help

Email info@publicpulse.com.bd with:

• The error id (TP-XXXX-XXXX) if any.
• The tender / invoice id if relevant.
• Steps you took before the issue.

Response within 24h on weekdays for paid plans. Trial users get best-effort.
